Clients want headlines. Even the Summary (which actually should come first in the report) is too deep for most of them. Having a condensed count of ratings and list of comment titles would be most helpful to them (and for us!).

I have seen reports from other companies that provide a count of each rating type on a page before the Summary. For example: 10 Safety, 5 Requires Attention, 8 Recommendation, etc, in addition to a concise list (ideally with links) of them all.
