Have a separate mileage radius for more expensive inspections so the radius an be bigger for those cases. I.E. Inspector has a radius for next inspection set to 30 miles, but if the total inspection is greater than "x" amount then the radius is increased to 50-60 miles so it is worth driving further for a bigger inspection
