Problem : The ISN Mobile App currently does not allow users to search or view past inspections beyond a limited time range 3 moths. This prevents users from accessing important information for older inspections directly from the app. As a result, users must switch to the desktop version to retrieve historical inspection data, which limits mobility and efficiency in the field.

Example ; A user attempted to pull up an inspection from April 27, 2024 in the mobile app, but the system did not return any results. They were trying to print or review details from that past inspection while on-site, but the app only displayed “No past inspections,” even when the correct order number and date were entered. The inspection was only accessible through the desktop version.

Suggested Solution : Allow the ISN Mobile App to search and display all past inspections, regardless of age. Ideally, add:

A search filter by order number, date range, or client name

The ability to view, print, or share past inspection reports directly from the app

This enhancement would greatly improve usability for inspectors and staff who rely on mobile access while working in the field.
