Ability to Set Inspection Reports to Private After Completion

Problem: Currently, once a report is completed within an order, especially when using the ISN Report Writer, the report in the “Inspection Reports” section cannot be changed to private. The only available workarounds are to upload a new document or convert the report to an attachment (when applicable).
However, this limitation becomes more restrictive when the report is a URL, as there is no option to convert it to an attachment or make it private. In situations where a company needs to quickly restrict access to a report (for example, due to client disputes or errors), there is no immediate way to do so.
Example: An inspector completes a report and later needs to restrict client access due to a dispute or a required correction. Since the report cannot be set to private after completion, the inspector must upload a new document or find a workaround, which delays the process and may expose sensitive information to the client longer than intended.
Suggested Solution: Introduce the ability to change the visibility of a report (Public/Private) even after it has been completed. Additionally, extend this functionality to reports generated via URL, allowing users to quickly restrict access without needing to upload a replacement file or rely on workarounds.
