- Whenever an order is started online and a service is selected, the pop-up comes up saying this order qualifies for pay it close. Then when you go to the next screen, as soon as you click something, the pop-up occurs again. Then again on the next screen. It's too much, and causes confusion. We have clients asking us if that's the only way we accept payment. Obviously, it's not, because it cost us $50 every time somebody utilizes it. I can understand why the pop-up is there, so Guardian pushes to make their $50, but it is not how we want it set up.
- The pop-up is disruptive all the time. As I stated above, it's too much. Not to mention, if the user selects Flex fund, then we finalize the order, since we do not allow clients to fully schedule, and if somebody inadvertently removes a flex fund checkbox, it causes confusion Mark the order is paid and signed when in fact it was neither.
- It may work for other companies, so I cannot speak for them, so removing it all together would not make sense. I would however like the ability to turn it off. I only want my clients to be able to select the flex fund option on the payment screen when they click to process payment. No other time.
