SMims - thank you. I can tell you that the app currently allows you to record a payment - to access it you just click the 3 dots at the top of any order. This work was done recently based on your feedback and others. We are now working on the ability to mark an order as paid.

Great to hear your perspective, SMims! I have a few more questions for you:
- What types of payment methods are most commonly used by your customers (e.g., cash, check, credit card)?
- How frequently do you anticipate using the payment feature in the mobile app?
- Are there any specific security or compliance requirements we should be aware of when implementing this feature?

I can't really answer the question to how frequent, because clients choose to pay in many ways and we often don't know how they're paying until the date of the inspection.
I think we really only to be able to mark cash & check payments as "PAID" in the app.
If the client's using something like credit/debit, that's already going to automatically get marked as paid anyway.
