With the new multiple client feature, we need the ability to select additional clients as recipients for manually sent emails and SMS messages.

We can add a 2nd client, but that client does not show when you try to e-mail a template or if you are looking at a list of scheduled inspections

Great to hear your perspective, Hank Richter! I have a few more questions for you:

Can you please clarify what you mean by 'the client does not show'? Are they not visible in a specific section of the platform?
When you say 'e-mail a template', could you specify what kind of template you are referring to?
Could you provide more details about the 'list of scheduled inspections'? How is the 2nd client supposed to be involved in this list?

Janaya Fix - Product Management: I'll use order 12341 as an example. There are 2 clients entered on the record. When I try to send an email template, only the 1st client is listed.
