When we send an attachment (i.e., water test results, radon results, etc), all the parties on the order are listed as options except for the 2nd client. 100% of the time, we need to send the results to both clients because they requested it. It would be nice to have the 2nd client listed as well.

- Can you provide more context on how often you encounter situations where you need to send attachments to the 2nd client?
- Are there any specific types of attachments that are more frequently sent to the 2nd client?
- Are there any other parties involved in the order who should also receive these attachments?

- We send attachments to both clients 100% of the time.
- All attachments are usually sent to both clients
- Everyone else who needs the attachment is already listed when in the order. It's just the 2nd client who is not listed.

We can add a 2nd client, but that client does not show when you try to e-mail a template or if you are looking at a list of scheduled inspections

- Can you please clarify what you mean by 'the client does not show'? Are they not visible in a specific section of the platform?
- When you say 'e-mail a template', could you specify what kind of template you are referring to?
- Could you provide more details about the 'list of scheduled inspections'? How is the 2nd client supposed to be involved in this list?

Janaya Fix - Product Management: I'll use order 12341 as an example. There are 2 clients entered on the record. When I try to send an email template, only the 1st client is listed.
