As I see it, when an agent uses the RED to schedule they must select an inspector first. How about a button that says first available appointment or first available inspector or just allowing them to see all of the openings

Feature is in your settings. You can change that to either option 2 or option 3 below...

How the Dashboard shows Inspectors:

(You have 3 options)

Show inspectors and allow the Agent to choose one
Do not show the inspectors and give the Agent the first available appointment
Do not show the inspectors but allow the Agent to choose a date and time

To change navigate to Settings --> Office Settings --> Real Estate Professional Dashboard --> don't forget to save.
