Problem:

The Mileage Estimate tool does not currently allow users to generate a mileage report for an entire year. To retrieve mileage information, users have to go to Tools → My Mileage Estimate, select a month, select the year, choose the inspector, click View, then Calculate, and finally Download the report.

This process has to be repeated separately for every month, which can be time-consuming, especially for users who need a full-year mileage report for tax purposes, accounting, or annual calculations.

Example:

If an inspector needs their total mileage for 2026 to prepare their taxes, they currently have to generate and download 12 separate monthly reports and manually combine the information.

Suggestion: Add an option to generate mileage reports by year, or allow users to select a custom date range. This would make it much easier to retrieve annual mileage totals and reduce the number of steps required, especially for tax and accounting purposes.
