Problem: Currently, the “What’s Going On Today” widget in ISN does not display the client name. This makes it harder for users to quickly identify which appointment or activity belongs to which client, especially when they have multiple jobs scheduled for the same day. Users often need to click into the job or open additional screens to confirm the client’s information, which adds extra steps and slows down their workflow.
Example: A user opens the dashboard and sees several items listed in the “What’s Going On Today” widget, but only job or service details are visible.
Without the client name displayed, the user cannot immediately recognize which customer each entry belongs to and must open each item individually to confirm.
Suggested Solution:
-Add the Client Name directly to each entry in the “What’s Going On Today” widget, displayed alongside the existing job or service information.
This would allow users to:
1.Quickly identify appointments and tasks at a glance.
2.Reduce unnecessary clicks.
3.Improve daily workflow efficiency and visibility.
