I am asking for the system to capture on th e1st page First Name and Cell Number as mandatory and be sent immediately and then send another email when there is an address input , so we can make a judgment call that the application has been abandoned if it does not progress any further so we can call the client. Sometimes people get FORM SCARED the deeper into the process and then they go somewhere else.

Allow the initial Online Scheduler notification to include key details (e.g., client name) or make it configurable, instead of sending a limited alert.
