Problem: Currently, the “Unpaid Inspections” report only shows completed unpaid inspections by default. If the user applies the filter “Include Non-complete Inspections / Orders”, the report will then display all unpaid orders, including:
-Completed unpaid inspections
-Unpaid inspections that are unscheduled
However, there is no way to filter specifically for unpaid inspections that are also scheduled. Users who want to see only unpaid & scheduled inspections cannot do this with the existing filter set.
Example:
An office wants to: See all inspections that are already scheduled, That are also unpaid,
And exclude any orders that are unscheduled.
When they run the Unpaid Inspections report with “Include Non-complete Inspections / Orders” checked, the report shows unpaid unscheduled orders as well, which makes it harder for them to focus on the inspections they actually have on the calendar.
Suggested Solution:
Add a new filter option to the Unpaid Inspections report, for example:
“Show only unpaid scheduled inspections” or A checkbox like “Exclude unscheduled orders”
This would allow users to quickly generate a list of inspections that are:
Scheduled
Unpaid
Without mixing in unscheduled unpaid orders.
