Add "Log a call" to order screen

Currently i have to open the order I am working on. Highlight, and copy the order number. Exit out of the order screen and select "log a call". Paste the order # into the box which populates a drop down menu (this also needs to be corrected because it will still auto prompt address numbers rather than ONLY order #'s even though I am in the "order #" box) select the correct order number (which can be tricky because the drop down box likes to disappear) and then log the call I just made or received. Definitely would make things MUCH smoother to be able to log a call from the "Actions" menu and have the Order # auto fill with the one I have open.

When I am looking at the order in the page where I can see buttons for edit/print/actions/delete - it would be really handy to have "log a call" option under the actions button - is there a different page where this is readily available (without having to cut/paste or otherwise enter the order number?)

Right now you have to click log a call and add the client/Agent/Order. I should be able to log a call from within the scheduled order.

It would be awesome to have the Log a Call option under the drop down of Actions when you're working on a specific order. This way you could log the call right there for that order and not have to know the order number, agents name, or clients name when they are calling about questions. I primarily work with address's so when a client calls I look up the address and then associate the name with the address. I could then log the call right when i was on that order, instead of having post-its covering my desk. Also it would be easier for anyone to log the call.

I have a suggestion. I would really like to be able to log a call under an order id without having to enter the order id. Is is possible to add an "action" under the actions menu that would allow me to log a call under a specific order. Thanks.

There are quite a few similar suggestions regarding the log a call feature. Please consider looking at the number of similar suggestions and combining them and their # of votes. This feature is good, but needs some work to make it more user friendly. Thank you.
