It would be awesome to have the Log a Call option under the drop down of Actions when you're working on a specific order. This way you could log the call right there for that order and not have to know the order number, agents name, or clients name when they are calling about questions. I primarily work with address's so when a client calls I look up the address and then associate the name with the address. I could then log the call right when i was on that order, instead of having post-its covering my desk. Also it would be easier for anyone to log the call.
