Currently anyone looking to schedule online must choose a role of "Home Buyer, Home Owner, Buyer's Agent or Selling Agent." There needs to be an "Other" Options... or better yet a few additional choices like "Renter," "Professional Referral" (for when other companies would like to schedule us to do things they cannot), etc.
