Problem:

Currently, ISN does not have an easy option to convert an agent into a contact. A user would like the ability to quickly convert an existing agent into a contact so they can be used in other areas of ISN.

Example:

The user would like to go to the Send Email section, select or add an existing ISN contact, and send a customized email from there using the client’s name or contact information.

Suggestion:

Add an option to easily convert an agent into a contact or client within ISN. It would also be helpful to allow users to select ISN contacts directly from the Send Email section and send customizable emails using that contact’s information.
