Add the ability to "un-complete" a report

While we understand that a lot of things are triggered such as emails when an inspection is marked as completed, there is the possibility of mistakes happening and a report being marked as completed when it really was not. Could there be a "grace" period of 10 minutes where an inspection completion could be reversed? We are human and mistakes happen...

This is a great idea and mistakes do happen. It would be really nice to be able to mark an inspection back to not completed. I would even say if it has been completed for a day or so. Sometimes a client asks a day or so later to go back for additional services and it would be nice to keep all notes and costs in one order.
