In my area, I have to charge different taxes based on the city I am working it. Right now, I have to have the online and office scheduler calculate all of the taxes and then manually remove those that don't apply to the location of the inspection. This is especially confusing when a client is using the online scheduler as it adds additional fess to the base inspection fee. It would be nice if ISN could assign only one tax automatically based on each city or zip code. This would prevent multiple taxes being applied to the online scheduler.
