"Additional Information" section in report writer template

In the app you have a "Additional Information" section but you do not have it present in the online "ISN Report Writer" template. Can you please add this section to the online version? The reason being is we should be able to add the "Additional Information" comments permanently so they appear on every report if we want. We shouldn't have to add it manually each time.

Mwilliams - One more question. Is this the TREC template you are talking about? Most of our templates have the ability to edit the additional information. I believe the TREC template is the only one that can't.

Janaya Fix Yes, I’m talking about the TREC REI 7-6. I don’t want to edit the Additional Information section Format. I’m actually requesting for the Additional Information box (section) to be added to the online report writer templates so if I want information or special instructions under this section to always appear on every report, I don’t have to manually add it every time on the additional information section in the ISN app version. Right now you have it where I can only add information to that section in the app. We should have the option to make this info permanent by adding to our templates online. Does that make more sense?

Janaya Fix also, the “Inspection Details” section where we can add the weather, time of day, etc. doesn’t show up on the PDF version of the TREC 7-6. Do you know why? It only shows up under the full report version. That might be something to fix in addition to the additional information section.

- Are there specific types of information or comments you typically include in the 'Additional Information' section that should be standardized across all reports?
- Would you like the ability to customize the 'Additional Information' section for different types of reports, or should it remain consistent across all reports?

ISN Product Management it is a field that I typically use to include additional inspection agreement verbiage, inspection limitations, and scope of inspection comments. They are comments that I should be able to edit at anytime but have the option for that verbiage to show up on every report without having to manually add those comments to the report. Currently, I can only add those comments manually through the ISN app. Which I’d have to do every time.
