ISN relies on a third-party Realtors Database to validate property addresses. In some cases, this results in discrepancies where the returned county or location does not match the actual or expected address. Since ISN does not have control over this external database, users are required to manually enter addresses as a workaround.

I don’t offhand, Google Maps is fairly accurate.

kjones_duplicate1 Thanks for your comment. Out of curiosity, do you know of alternative validation sources that are more accurate? (Side note: we have to pay per address validation request to connect to a lot of these sources so we have to be careful about which ones to use.)
