Lindsay G - ISN Product It will be great to be able to sign a marketing rep to an agent from the agent profile. Also have an expiration timeframe if the agent does not give us business, the marking rep does not get to own that agent for ever. We need to be able to pay commission based on the number of inspections the marketing rep brought, weekly, monthly or quarterly. Right now, we use labels to track this, and the labels are not even part of the history change of the agent profile so anyone can forge the numbers and no one will notice. I will so appreciate this change! Thank you so much.

We also would like to be able to search within the agent profile for "Inspectors List" preference and also on the "Alert info" field. Right now, we don't have a way to run reports on the fields, so we don't know which inspector is least liked. Or what information is important to the agent.

Lindsay G - ISN Product We also need the ability to remove labels in masses. We now can add a label to multiple agents at once, but we cannot remove it a label/tag by selecting multiple agents.

Great to hear your perspective, djoandrea! I have a few more questions for you:
- Which social media platforms should be included in the agent profiles?
- What criteria should be used to designate an agent as a VIP?
- Are there any specific fields in the current agent profiles that should be retained?
