Allow Full Agent Search When Creating Orders in the ISN Mobile App

Problem: When creating an order in the ISN Mobile App and trying to add an agent, the app sometimes displays the message “No record found,” even though the agent does exist in the ISN agent database. The agent simply does not appear in the mobile app search results for unknown reasons. As a result, the inspector must switch to the desktop version in order to manually add the agent. This makes the process time-consuming, especially when inspectors are in the field and need to quickly send inspection notifications to agents. Not being able to complete the workflow from the app slows down communication and adds unnecessary steps.
Example: An inspector is on-site and creates an order from the ISN Mobile App. They try to add an agent, but the app responds with “No record found.” Since the agent cannot be selected, the inspector is unable to send the confirmation notification. They must stop what they’re doing, access the desktop version, add the agent there, and only then send the message.
Suggested Solution: Enable the ISN Mobile App to search and display all agents from the user’s database, not only recently used ones.
Ideally:
1.Allow a full search by name, email address, or company.
2.(Optional) Load agents progressively or “on demand” to reduce data usage, rather than limiting results.
3.Or provide a toggle in settings to switch between “Recent Agents Only” vs. “Full Agent List.”
This improvement would allow inspectors to complete the entire workflow directly from the mobile app, saving time and improving efficiency in the field.

jwestlund - thank you for the feedback. There are some restrictions around agents appearing in the app. It is currently showing only active agents, but I am sure that the logic can be better tuned. I will discuss with the team and see what options there are for improving this. I like the idea about allowing for a search, even if the default display does not include the agent (because they haven't been active recently) it should at least be able to fetch that information on search.
