Being able to enter text into a line item when writing a report would be most helpful. Data such as hot water and heat duct temperatures, the age of a building or appliance, the date of a remodel or installation, and other many other values that don't lend themselves to just options/checks. These options are available in the stock "Inspection Details" category but do not appear as options when creating a new category.
