Allow Users to Configure When Radon Data Is Sent to Breeze or InspectorLab

Problem: The current ISN app automatically sends radon data to Breeze or InspectorLab, but users cannot control when this happens. Many inspectors set up their radon tests before the inspection so the results are available during the inspection.
Example: An inspector schedules and starts a radon test prior to the inspection date so the results are ready by the time the inspection takes place. They need the ability to control when the data is sent to Breeze or InspectorLab instead of relying on the current automatic timing.
Suggestion: Add an option that allows users to configure when radon data is sent to Breeze or InspectorLab (e.g., before the inspection, at the inspection time, or manually). This would restore the flexibility that existed in the previous app and better support inspectors' existing workflows.

The APP and ISN are two different things. ISN should allow for the configuration of when the data goes to Breeze and InspectorLab. The APP is removing the functionality of sending the order to Breeze and InspectorLab. This functionality is no longer available so if you are out in the field and the office adds a service for an inspection you have to navigate ISN web version to add the order to Breeze and InspectorLab.
