Another adverse effect of the updated GUI where more clicks needed now

More feedback for a live agent. Since you did this update, do you realize you are causing more clicks in several workflows? Normally when I start a new inspection order and go to the Buyer's Agent tab or Listing Agent Tab you can start typing an agen'ts name so it pulls it up. Now you have to first hit the "Add Buyer's Agent" Blue button, and then select the "Search for Existing Agent" green button. I don't understand making changes that add clicks:
