Problem:
Users currently do not have a way to automatically follow up with clients who ordered an inspection without an specific service. The user would like to send an automated email event three months after the original inspection order asking if the client would like to add a radon inspection. Additionally, this email should only be sent to clients located in specific ZIP codes.
Example:
A client orders a standard home inspection without selecting a radon inspection. Three months after the inspection date, the system automatically sends an email asking if they would like to schedule a radon inspection. The email is only triggered if the property ZIP code matches a predefined list set by the user.
Suggested Solution:
Add a new email event trigger that allows users to:
Target orders that did not include a specific service (e.g., radon inspection).
Schedule the email event based on a time delay (e.g., three months after the inspection date).
Apply ZIP code–based filters to control where the email is sent.
This enhancement would allow users to automate post-inspection follow-ups and promote additional services in a targeted and efficient way.
