it will be much much easier to use when the full comment can be reviewed , so this way we know exactly what the comments said regarding to the defects we found . I Believe this is what the other company’s software report did, like Spectora, Tap inspect etc . It’s will be much much helpful.

justinlin - when you say “the website,” are you referring to the Report Writer where you create the report, or the inspection report that your client receives?
I just want to make sure I understand the right place so I can pass the feedback to the correct team.
