Enable the ability at a company level to send out Happy Birthday email templates automatically to Real Estate Agents in the database.

Abitlity to automate a happy birthday text to the birthdays in our database.

Collecting Realtor Birthdays is never a priority but it would be helpful if our favorite agents, the ones we send the RED to, could enter their brithdays in the "Update My Info" section.

If we enter a realtor's birthday it would be great to be able to set up an email event that will send them a birthday automatically on their birthday. Would add great value and be a great touch point with them for no effort. Would bring us top of mind with that realtor for booking his next home inspection.

The agents that have abirthday today show at the top of the screen. Having a link that we can click on their name to brig up to their agent page would be nice instead of having to look up each agent in order to send them a message fir their birthday.

I chatted with a representative earlier regarding the possibility of ISN being able to automatically send out a birthday email template to agents when it is their birthday. I know automated emails are through orders normally in ISN, but would ISN be able to consider adding this feature to their system? We would create an email template that would auto-populate the celebrator’s name, and it would get sent to each respective agent on their birthday each day. Though it would be ideal for this to happen automatically, we would also be open to going in each day and simply pushing those emails out as well.

Please let me know your thoughts at your earliest convenience. We believe this added feature would be a great customer service bonus to our agents.

I have entered a lot of agent/client birthdays into the system and it would be nice if we could set up an automated email to go out every year on their birthday per the birthday email template we have set up.
