Thank you - this is a really good idea. We will look into this as a way to improve the clients/agent experience in the Online Scheduler.

Mainly it's about being able to program the system to recognize different combinations without having to show them all on the O/L Scheduler V3. For example, let's say you offer a 3 tiered system, each with a primary service and up to 3 ancillary services. Adding more means saving a higher percentage. Right now that forces the customer to scroll through 7 different packages before they even get to the Primary services.
Look to an online pizza order. They've mastered the art of adding to your order.
Step 1: Pick your service, maybe from a couple of tiered options like Insurance only, Home Inspection, or Commercial.
Step 2: Add an ancillary or two or three, like Mold, Sewer, Radon, etc. with a banner that lays out any benefits or selling points of adding to the order, and a no thanks I dont want to save button to move forward.
Step 3: A last don't forget for the small needed stuff like WDO, 4-Point, Wind Mit. and a box for notes somewhere too.
Lastly the system should be able to understand and recognize anything I put into it for discounting without the customer having to see all of it. So if I tell it that a home Inspection plus a mold gets a 5% discount, or if a 4 Point is added it's free, the right price will be calculated and all the customer has to do is follow that tree. I can "sell" it from there with descriptions in well placed labels.

Great to hear your perspective, VBianca! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on what specific services or products you'd like to be included in the 'build your own bundle' option?
- What limitations, if any, should be placed on the 'build your own bundle' option (e.g., minimum or maximum number of items, specific combinations not allowed, etc.)?
- How do you envision the pricing structure for the 'build your own bundle' option? Should it be a fixed price regardless of the items chosen or should the price vary based on the items?
