It can be hard to remember where a comment is located when it has been saved as a new comment (during an inspection). I find I often need to tweak the wording and address any spelling issues but don't recall which comments/where.

FIrst preference would be the ability to bulk down load all comments/notes in a .csv or similar. Ideally tagged by template - I have some comments that need to be in both single family AND strata properties while other comments need to be tweaked for each template. This is preferred because it would allow AI to search for spelling/'similar comments' that may need editing.

Second preference - a tool to 'check for grammar' or 'check for spelling' (along the lines of 'check for duplicate emails' in client/agent.
