Simplify the online scheduler, minimize the steps - get to the availability sooner. It seems like there are too many steps involved with booking online through the scheduler.

The online scheduler requires more detailed information in order to correctly calculate price, mileage fees and, most importantly, availability. ISN must have this information first to properly provide the person scheduling a time slot that will fit their needs.

This is why the RED and the OS were designed differently. I am providing a post here that details those differences.

Place schedule availability after receiving agent and property information

I have multiple agents that go on our website and don't want to book yet they are just putting their deal together and want to know when we are available next. I suggest some kind of calendar where they can input a city or a zip code and get the next available appointment or the next 5 available appointments.

Better idea...The first thing they see is enter your email address to view the inspectors availability. Now we have gathered their email and they can see I am booked out a week and half and they don't waste time looking at all the dates. Lots of serious complaining coming from my Realtor friends about this. Here is direct quote from one of my regulars "What a pain in the ass to have go trough all that trouble just to find out you are booked out a week and half and can't get to the inspection anyway"
