Problem : HouseMaster is required to use Outlook for scheduling, but ISN does not currently sync with Outlook. As a workaround, we had to create a Gmail account to handle inspection scheduling. Additionally, when an order is updated in ISN, the change does not sync or update the existing calendar invite, which creates confusion and scheduling errors.
Example : When an inspection order is updated (e.g., time, date, or details), the Outlook calendar invite does not reflect the change. Instead, users must manually update the invite, which increases the risk of missed updates or duplicate information.
Suggested Solution
1.Add direct integration with Outlook so that ISN calendars can sync without requiring a Gmail account.
2.Ensure that when an inspection order is updated in ISN, the changes automatically sync to the corresponding Outlook calendar invite.
3.Include bi-directional syncing so that updates in Outlook can also reflect in ISN, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
This would simplify scheduling for HouseMaster and other teams using Outlook, reduce support tickets, and improve overall user experience.
