Here are my thoughts on your questions:

Specific Features:

A simple check-in/out button within the mobile app used by inspectors. Possible automatic timestamping of check-in/out times. A daily log or report of check-ins/outs. The ability for office team to view real-time status.

Frequency

Our inspectors typically attend 2 to 3 inspections per day, depending on the type of service (other companies could be a lot more or even less). Inspectors would need to check in/out multiple times per day.

Security/Privacy

Nothing comes to mind.
