Problem : Currently, when you try to add a contact (client, agent, etc.) in the ISN app, the system requires that all fields be completed. For example, when I tried to add a client who didn’t have an email address, the app displayed the message “Please enter email” and would not let me proceed. This forces users to enter a fake email address just to move forward, which creates inaccurate data.
Example : I attempted to add a client through the ISN app without an email address. Since the email field is mandatory, I could not save the contact. The only way to continue was to input a made-up email, which is not ideal.
Suggested Solution: It would be very helpful if the ISN app allowed users to save a contact without having to complete every field (such as email or phone number). For cases where this information is missing, the app could either:
1.Make certain fields optional, or
2.Provide a bypass option (e.g., a checkbox that says “Information not available”).
This would allow inspectors to capture the contact in real time without being forced to enter false data.
