RW intro section fields - currently it appears Primary client first last name only (not showing secondary client or display name field)

This ties in with the need/previous request to allow a customizable cover page/intro. Please don't tell me it is hard coded (like price). It is my expectation that the report output is customizable - if it is not, then I will need to switch to one that is. (Sorry if that sounds cranky).
