Create a contact for Sellers just like there is for clients/agents.

Having a contact for sellers would be super helpful in the case that the property is off market or FSBO. It would keep us from having to put them in the sellers agent contact so they receive email notifications about the schedule inspection and we could have custom mails to them.

What specific information would you like to include in the seller contact profile?
How frequently do you anticipate needing to communicate with sellers, and what types of notifications would be most useful?
Are there any specific scenarios or use cases where having a separate seller contact would be particularly beneficial?

ISN Product Management Hello, I am just looking to store their contact information (Name, phone number, email address) The only time I would need to contact them is to send 2 emails (Notification of scheduled inspection, and request for access) Having a seperate seller contact would be extremely beneficial as we do not want them to get our sellers agents emails as they verbiage is not the same and when they are put under the sellers agents contact it signs them up for our monthly newsletter which we do not want. I want everything to be specific for them and to have them in a seperate place so i know they are not an agent and that I shouldnt market to them like an agent.
