Create drop boxes for Rescheduled Appointments like you have for Cancelled appointments

It would be so amazing if you could create the checkboxes & drop down options you have when you cancel an order but have them appear or be an option in the actions button so we could send out multiple templates at the same time to all parties through text or email or both options as well

How frequently do you need to reschedule appointments and notify multiple parties?

We have email templates and text templates in our ISN built for rescheduling.
Client, buyer agent and seller agent need to be notified.
We reschedule quite a bit in the summer due to rentals getting booked and the appointment no longer being able to be kept.
