Problem: Currently, there is no straightforward way to track referral sources and the revenue generated by each source. Franchise owners have to rely on manual workarounds such as using Client Labels, which is time-consuming, prone to error, and does not provide the full visibility needed to make data-driven business decisions.
Example : As a franchise owner, I’d like to know:
1.The referral source for each inspection.
2.The total revenue generated by each referral stream.
Right now, I’m forced to manually track this using Client Labels, which does not scale well and creates inefficiencies.
Suggested Solution: Enhance the Data Reporting functionality by including Referral Source Tracking. Reports should allow users to:
1.See the referral source associated with each inspection.
2.Aggregate data to show how much revenue each referral stream has brought in over time.
3.Export or filter this information for further analysis.
This improvement would give franchise owners better insight into where their business is coming from and empower them to make informed decisions on marketing spend and growth strategies.
