I would like to request an improvement to the Scheduled Inspections payment shortcut.

Currently, when clicking the red paid/unpaid square on the Scheduled Inspections screen, the payment dropdown only offers Credit/Debit, Check, Cash, and Money Order. That shortcut is the fastest and most convenient place to mark an inspection paid, but it does not include common outside payment methods.

Please consider adding these options directly to that quick-payment dropdown:

Venmo

Zelle

ACH

Other / Electronic

The full Payments screen allows electronic payments to be entered, but requiring that extra workflow for every Venmo, Zelle, or ACH payment is inefficient. Many inspectors use the Scheduled Inspections grid throughout the day and need a faster way to accurately mark common outside payments.

Even if these options only mark the order as paid and record the selected payment type, that would be a significant workflow improvement. A payment note could still be edited afterward if needed.
