Duplicate Inspection Emails Should Include Links

We moved to a cloud-based report writer and only complete inspections in ISN with links to the provider-hosted report, not PDF files. The duplicate inspection emails don't include links (see attached screenshot), so those reports are unavailable for reference if the inspector doesn't have access to the original order. The notification emails should include links when applicable.
ISN Product Management
Hey JLaughman, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details about the current process of how the links to the provider-hosted reports are generated and shared?
- What is the frequency of these duplicate inspection emails and who are the usual recipients?
- Can you clarify the impact of not having these links in the duplicate inspection emails on your workflow?

ISN Product Management our report software pushes them automatically and then we have to manually complete the inspection (details in my other post re: Tagzter). The duplicate inspection emails come from ISN whenever we get scheduled for an inspection at an address that we have previously inspected. The emails say, e.g., "For the property at <address> we located 7 matches. View all of the matches on the ISN now." When PDF report files were used in the past, there is a link to download the PDF directly (see previously attached screenshot). Now if the previous inspection was not performed by the same inspector, then the new inspector can't access the report due to access restrictions on the orders and the notifications are useless.
