This is a great idea. I would use this feature for WINDOWS (which appear in both my EXTERIOR and INTERIOR Categories. This is a somewhat unique item because it is one of the few components that is reported on from both both outside and inside (with different comments/considerations).
I suspect unrelated however another great feature would be able to have some sort of autopopulation/macro that could populate different categories of the report for global factors eg AGE. Older homes could have assorted disclaimers for lifecycle and safety - asbestos comes to mind.

There are a few different lines. I can gather a list.
I’d like to have information duplicated and on one sheet so the client can bring it to their insurance company with the photos.
Main breaker size
Aluminum or copper wiring
Back flow valve present
Plumbing type
Fireplace information
Sump pump present.
We would like to have this structured into a template we could use for every inspection. We have spoke with other inspectors in our franchise that have mentioned they would find this very helpful as well.

Hello rick.eady! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific data fields from the template would you like to be duplicated on the 'insurance page'?
- How frequently do you need the data to be updated or synchronized between the template and the 'insurance page'?
- Are there any specific conditions or rules that should be applied when pulling data from the template to the 'insurance page'?
