it would be nice to have the ability to duplicate a previous report so that you don't have to re-type the same issues. (not talking about a template type issue)

We launched a feature earlier this year that allows you to start an order with a previous order. This is available in the selection screen.

rcorum - Thank you so much for the feedback. I do have some follow up questions/clarifications. When you are duplicating a report - what specific problem are you trying to solve? Is it that you are creating the exact same report again or is it more about saving time for the next report? If it is to save time, I have some ideas that we are working on that might help.
