Email Trigger Options

It would be very beneficial to be able to add your own email triggers to the list to customize it. If it is not possible to make it fully customizable, add options that link with marketing. I've added a few options below:
- Trigger an email when an agent completes their 1st inspection
- Trigger an email when an agent completes an inspection after 6-12 months
and more options like this.
