Emails to agents outside of an Order

Great to hear your perspective, twilson! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific scenarios or use cases do you envision for sending email templates outside of an Order?
- Are there particular replacement values or data fields that are most important for you to include in these email templates?
- How frequently do you anticipate using this feature, and what volume of emails do you expect to send?

Here is the latest example from "Surgery Plans": Mass emails returned as "Unsent", apparently due to duplicated email addresses (Transaction Coordinator paired up with a team). ISN will not send out an email address twice, hence, several team members do not receive the mass email. I need the ability to email the excluded agents without them being paired with an Order. The template, of course, contains the Replacement Value of %agentsfirstname% which will not propagate outside of an Order. As far as "frequency", well who knows. It is still valuable. The ability to "Resend" the email is available for all categories with the exception of the above. Thank you for your time.

A better option would be to have the currently assigned Transaction Coordinator, to any particular agent team, automatically have their email assigned to an order with that agent. Currently, the coordinator's email address is paired with the agent's (agent now has two email addresses) in order for them both to be included in the email events for a particular Order. Keeping the Coordinator's email separate from the team members will alleviate the Mass Mailing snafu.
