Problem : Currently, the list of items in the Actions tab cannot be organized or reordered. Users want the ability to rearrange the items to match their preferred workflow or priority.
Example
A user has multiple action items listed (for example, send email template, invoice agreement). They want to move “payment request” to the top so it appears first, but there is no option to move items up or down.
Suggested Solution
Add a way to reorder Actions tab items, such as:
• Drag and drop to rearrange items
• Up and down arrows next to each item
• Optional “Sort” options (manual order, alphabetical, date created, priority)
This would allow users to organize the list based on their workflow and improve efficiency.
