Problem: Fees are visible in a published report.
Example:
  1. Fees and payment terms are strictly confidential, established solely between the client and the inspector.
  2. Reports often get circulated to others beyond the client, who have no business seeing or knowing what the client pays for services.
  3. My fees are higher than my competition, and bargain-hunting Realtors use that as an excuse for suggesting to their clients not to use me, which translates into loss of business because of this default.
Suggested solution:
  1. Provide an option to hide or block the fees from being shown in the published report.
  2. Provide a simple workaround until the problem described can be corrected. I’ve submitted this problem for correction several times since June 2024. Others have also, for additional reasons.
  3. Any positive or productive feedback would be greatly appreciated.
