Your integration is wrong. You are putting the Order number with address in the Subject field. The Subject line should have Order Number and Client Name and the Address should be in the address field.
BECAUSE OF 2 REASONS: 1. On your iPhone you can not click on the appointment to navigate. 2. When you jump in your car and your phone syncs the day with car navigation you can not click to navigate either.

This field mapping syncing error is easy to fix and should not take more than an hour.
