Flags Visibility for Unscheduled / Pending Orders

Problem: Currently, the flags configured in ISN are not available or visible for unscheduled orders. This makes it difficult to quickly identify the status or condition of orders that have not yet been scheduled.
Example: When reviewing the list of pending or unscheduled orders, there is no way to see the assigned flags (such as status indicators or important notes). As a result, users must open each order individually to understand its state, which slows down workflow and reduces efficiency.
Suggested Solution: Add support for displaying configured flags on unscheduled and pending orders, similar to how flags are shown for scheduled orders. This would allow users to quickly identify the state of each order at a glance and improve order management and tracking.
