Flexible Scheduling for Multiple Inspectors and Services with Automated Email Updates

Is it possible to schedule different inspectors to arrive at different times for an inspection? Alternatively, can we schedule one inspector for multiple services on different days? For example, at 123 Main Street, we have a general home inspection, radon test, mold inspection, water analysis, septic inspection, and LEAD inspection. Two inspectors will visit the property on different days and times. One inspector will perform the general home inspection and start the radon test on 01.0X.24, then return on 01.0Y.24 to collect the water sample, pick up the radon test, and complete the septic inspection. The LEAD inspector will visit on 01.0K.24.
I would like all these dates and times to be automatically included in emails sent to agents and clients, along with any necessary instructions for each service. Currently, I know it's possible to schedule multiple inspectors, but not at different times. As a result, we have to manually send separate emails with appointment times because the automated emails only show the time for the main home inspection.

Hello Daisy Rezende! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the automated email updates? What specific information should they contain for each service?
- How far in advance do you typically schedule these inspections? Would you need the ability to reschedule or adjust times after the initial scheduling?
- Are there any specific constraints or rules for scheduling different inspectors or services that the system should take into account?

ISN Product Management - For the automated email system, we need to have {replacement values} for each inspection's date and time so they can be entered in email templates. It would be awesome, if we could use them for SMS as well. The scheduling times can vary, but we typically schedule at least 2 days in advance for septic, well, and lead inspections. It would be helpful to have the ability to easily adjust these times, as real estate transactions often encounter unexpected delays—such as no electricity, no water, or uncooperative sellers or occupants who don’t allow us to access the property at the originally agreed-upon time.
As for the third point, I need a bit more time to think it through. However, in hindsight, the system should only assign inspectors who have been specifically designated for a particular type of inspection.
