The online scheduler first gathers the preferred date of inspection, then the inspection address, then the clients information. Recently a client began an online order then backed out before entering their information. This lack of information prevented me from having the clients contact to follow up on the order.
My feedback/suggestion is for the online order form to request the clients contact information earlier in the process so that if they back out the inspector will be able to follow up in attempts to book the order.

would like to capture the contact info of the person who starts an online order, not just the address. there should be a way to set this up. if they are a client, it would be helpful to also capture their realtor's name too.
