The online scheduler first gathers the preferred date of inspection, then the inspection address, then the clients information. Recently a client began an online order then backed out before entering their information. This lack of information prevented me from having the clients contact to follow up on the order.
My feedback/suggestion is for the online order form to request the clients contact information earlier in the process so that if they back out the inspector will be able to follow up in attempts to book the order.

I keep getting orders started, but once it gets to the contact info (name and number) they leave it blank and stop the online order. I don't know if these are actually potential clients or just shoppers or what is going on. I have the name and contact info coded as required, but would like to see it before they put in the info for the property. Seems to be a waste of time ask for contact info at the end of the process.

Feature Request: Allow Contact Information to Be Collected Before Property Address in the Online Scheduler
Please add an option that allows inspection companies to customize the order of the Online Scheduler workflow.
Current workflow:
Date & Time → Property Address → Contact Information → Property Information → Services
Requested optional workflow:
Date & Time → Contact Information → Property Address → Property Information → Services
Business Benefit:
Currently, if a prospective client selects a date and time but abandons the scheduler before reaching the Contact Information page, the inspection company has no way to identify or follow up with that lead. By collecting contact information immediately after the client selects a date/time, companies could recover abandoned bookings, assist clients who encounter issues during scheduling, and improve overall conversion rates.
This would not replace the existing workflow. Instead, it could be a simple administrator setting such as:
"Collect Contact Information Before Property Address"
or
"Customize Online Scheduler Step Order"
Many online booking and e-commerce platforms capture contact information early in the process so businesses can follow up with incomplete bookings. Providing this flexibility within ISN would help inspection companies convert more website visitors into scheduled inspections while improving the customer experience.

would like to capture the contact info of the person who starts an online order, not just the address. there should be a way to set this up. if they are a client, it would be helpful to also capture their realtor's name too.
